How I Work With You
If you live in Northern New Jersey or Rockland County, NY, I can work with you in three ways:
- An estimate -- I visit your home and take photos, with your permission, to see what needs to be done and write up an estimate for what it would cost for us to stage your home. There is no fee for this.
- A consultation -- I tour your home for an average of 1.5 hours, depending on its size and the amount of work that needs to be done, take photos, and then give you a report outlining what you need to do to stage your home yourself.
- The actual staging -- I do the work for you, either based on the estimate, or if you decide after the consultation that you do not have the time or inclination to do the staging yourself.
I am here to help you get your home in shape for selling in whatever way you prefer, working within your budget to do some or all of the work for you. The cost of staging is an investment with a return that will most likely far exceed the cost. In fact, you may well be able to charge thousands more for your home after staging it.
