How I Work With You
If you live in northern New Jersey or Manhattan, I can help you get the most money from your home and sell it quickly!
Here's how I work:
Every staging project begins with a free phone consultation to discuss your property and needs. If you wish to proceed, we can then schedule an in-home consultation with recommendations on preparing your home for sale. I also provide a room by room report on the steps you should take to help you get more money from your home. We can also draw up a staging proposal for us to come back with our own inventory of accessories and/or rental furniture to physically stage your home for you, or you may choose to do that yourself. We can do as little or as much as you want.
- A 2 to 2.5 hour consultation ($225) during which I walk-through your home to take photos, note problem areas, suggest repairs, improvements, paint colors, updates, furniture re-arrangements or removal, and any recommended purchases (typically bedding and towels) that are likely to bring you more money and a quicker sale.
I also provide a room-by-room recommendations list at the end of the consultation, including a “Top 10” Priority List.
- Occupied House Staging, which starts with my initial Consult above. I create a design plan using your furniture and your own or my accessories, and then come back to arrange all items to show off your home's spaces and features the most effectively. I style all finished, lived-in rooms (including kitchens and bathrooms) for you. I can also shop for all new items you might need (for a reduced hourly fee and passing on any discounts I receive), such as bedding, pillows, shower curtains, etc. that will make your home more appealing to buyers.
- Vacant stagings: Furnished houses look more inviting to buyers and help dispel concerns about where and how furniture fits in small rooms, too-large rooms, and rooms with unusual shapes or angles. Staging creates the higher-end lifestyle all buyers aspire to! Using photos taken during the initial Consult, I create a design plan for every home I stage, then source and select rental furniture, arrange contracts and delivery, and direct placement of all furniture. I also select, pack, deliver, and set up all accessories, art, and soft goods (bedding, pillows, towels) for the property.

I am here to help you get your home in shape for selling in whatever way you prefer. I try to accommodate most budgets to do some or all of the work for you. The cost of staging is an investment with a return that will most likely far exceed the cost. In fact, you may well be able to charge thousands more for your home after staging it!
